MEET OUR FAMILY

One of the biggest compliments my mom ever paid to me was, 'I think you are part dog'!   Growing up, I took it upon myself to watch after my younger siblings, and be sure all of our furkids had everything they needed.  To me, it wasn't a chore.  I can't imagine life without a companion animal by my side.

Even though my early work career took me in another direction, I always dreamed of working with animals.  When I answered an ad for a part-time dog walker 12 years ago, I had no idea it would lead to the best job I have ever had!  I started SnR Pet Care in March of 2013, offering dog walking, pet sitting and house sitting in the Maple Valley and surrounding areas.

Randall Mueller has been working part-time as a dog walker, pet sitter, and tech advisor for SnR Pet Care for the past four years while attending college at Central Washington University in Ellensburg.  He joined SnR full-time when he graduated in June of 2018!  He has a calm, reassuring demeanor around animals, and was raised in a house full of Chow Chows.  Randall has taken both the Pet Tech and Red Cross Pet First Aid Courses.  Randall also enjoys cooking, traveling and antiquing.

They are both members of the Pacific NW Chow Chow Club, and Sandy has been Club Secretary/Web Designer for the Club for four years

I am a big advocate for spay/neuter and adopting from animal shelters.  I have volunteered for and regularly donate to the Auburn Valley Humane Society.  Senior animals hold a very special place in my heart.  My own dog, Whoopi, turned 15 in January of 2018, and every day with her is a gift.  I have taken both the Pet Tech and Red Cross Pet First Aid courses.

In my spare time, I enjoy gourmet cooking and watching Food Network, traveling,  football (GO HAWKS!), reading and website design.
